Eric Newbury, Dave Calkins, and Mike McCune stand up paddlesurfing the Turnagain Arm bore tide wave in near Girdwood, Alaska. The ride was approximately 4 miles long and lasted for about 30 minutes. The wave varied between a 1 foot foam pile and a perfect waist high glassy peeler.
